SG helps clients to lead change more effectively (saving energy/time/$) & sustainably (working towards ‘circularity’), in support of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) to save our natural world. Planet Earth remains our biggest Stakeholder. We continue to ensure sustainable practices at our offices & promote these with clients, strategic partners & suppliers.

SG focuses on simplification & the reduction of waste in everything we do – from food waste to paper, to water etc – recycling, using solar power, & switching off as many electronic devices as possible. We work virtually to reduce our carbon footprint, drive electric cars, & plant 1500 trees each year.

As climate change activists, we lobby governments across 4 continents. SG fully supports Sustainability Victoria (SV) which is where our HQ is based & also help to lead the Climate Coaching Alliance (CCA) across AUS/NZ. We are researching into the health impacts of our climate ‘predicament’ & currently recruiting to this crucial team. SG Environmental Sustainability Policy & Management System (EMS).

As an ethical business, Synergy Global has always contributed generously to a variety of charitable concerns (mainly focused on disaster relief & helping homeless families), as well as supporting our local communities.

• Supporting Baby Boomers: Some of our team members are >50yrs – we tap into their life experience & wisdom, whilst ensuring they partner well with younger team members to keep their technical skills up to date.
