She is experienced & credentialed in this field & works as a workplace mediator – with >20yrs of government & private sector experience. Including being the Leadership, Learning & Development Manager for Centrelink (2006-2010). She is the author of the No.1 Amazon Best Seller ‘In the Moment Coaching for Leaders’, providing time-poor leaders with evidence-based context & practical strategies to make a difference in their work & lives.

Prior to running her own practice & joining SG Team, she was an Executive in the Commonwealth Government. A highlight of her was the implementation of a coaching culture, a program recognised by an AHRI Award for People Management Initiative of the Year. She frequently leads Executive Development in ACT, using her experience of managing in a highly political & complex eco-system that require sensitive Consulting/Facilitation/Coaching…& she’s on SG’s APSC SES Executive Coaching Panel.

Sangeeta brings experience in leadership development & building effective workplace relationships. She has experience in helping people to work with differing styles & navigating conflict. She specializes in helping others to clarify their values-based vision, strengths, & achievements – providing practical CV & interview support. She gained excellent results as a Career Coach Facilitator, engaged by a Royal Commission over two years.

She has >1000hrs of coaching – her style focuses on helping people create meaning & clarity in both their personal & professional lives – & she’s adept at helping people notice what holds them back & what energises them. She challenges & supports people in progressing their intentions & helps them to manage conflicting priorities. As part of her practice, she’s able to provide in-situ coaching observing people in the workplace – offering reflections & feedback in the moment.
