Rosie Pham, Marketing Manager


Rosie joined Synergy Global as our Marketing Manager in 2021.
She is a resilient, compassionate, team player & creative, strategic problem-solver. Graduating from her Bachelor in Teaching Education, she spent 2yrs honing her planning, delivering & mentoring skills as an English Teacher in various language institutes & universities in Vietnam

In 2018, she was admitted to University of Sheffield to study a Masters of Arts in Applied Linguistics with TESOL & won the the Gibson Ferguson Prize for the best results at the exam board. During this degree, Rosie learned the art of using linguistics features to teach, motivate, inspire & influence as well as discovered her passion for developing people & delivering large scale educational & social events.

In 2020, winning the Transform Together Scholarship for International & EU (non-UK) students from Sheffield Hallam University, she went on to study a Masters of Science in International Events & Conference Management. She quickly sharpened her strategic event creation knowledge & skills by taking on the role of Social Media Assistant & later on, Events & Marketing Manager.

Since 2012, Rosie has been actively involved in organising, developing activities, & leading several (virtual & face-to-face) events & projects ranging from small academic workshops, society events to regional, national, & international seminars & event series with more than 200 participants

Rosie has proven communication & team working skills, with effective project management in marketing & business development.
Examples of her work outcomes with SG include:
1) Quickly getting to grips with SG Business Strategy & building rapport with Key Stakeholders, to be able to suggest & action credible solution-focused ideas

2) Building a database of 80 potential firms for Business Development Lead Generation & having the confidence to contact them individually – giving a professional impression of our SG Brand

3) Drafting appropriate email marketing content & helping to prepare a Business Development Slide Deck to go with a SG Voiceover to explain our work with the 4-D System for High Performing Teams (HPT)

4) Using her excellent English to help draft a compelling Professional Sales Proposal (PSP) for the above system, utilising the authors unique selling points (USPs) – out-lined in his book

She shares our passion for lifelong learning & is completing an accredited coach training program – she is enjoying a synthesis of several systems – drawing from Appreciative Inquiry, Strengths, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-focused Work & Generative Learning. One she is ICF Credentialled she will be able to join our SG Panel.

She lives in South Yorkshire, England with her family & a giant cat named Lokie. Her hobbies include blogging, yoga, playing Kalimba (an African musical instrument with a wooden soundboard & metal keys) & reading non-fiction.
