Andy joined Synergy Global in 2020, as an experienced Physiotherapist & Health & Wellbeing (H&W) Coach.
With a strong focus on optimising individual & team performance through knowledge gained working in road trauma, ICU, cardiac care, transplantation, community health, women’s health, private practice & personal training.

She integrates her Not-for-Profit experience as the Co-founder/CEO of Bicycles for Humanity, Melbourne, bringing strategic governance & development, plus, a keen understanding of volunteer oversight, & international relations. Andy met Heather-Jane when they were both training with Neurozone™ & they share the core values of connection, growth & authenticity. These play into developing collaborative teams, cultural diversity/ inclusion & empowering individuals, teams & whole communities in Australia & Africa.

Collaboration has been a constant. Within the public, community health, working in multidisciplinary Executive Teams/Boards, as well as developing relationships with various NfP & corporate entities, both within Australia & overseas. In 2019, we are thrilled to announce that Andy was a well-deserving finalist in the Australian of the Year Awards – Victorian Local Hero Category. Nominated for 10yrs volunteering work with Bicycles for Humanity, Melbourne. As a co-founder of this innovative grassroots charity, Andy believes in the important correlation between volunteering & health.

When Andy was only 7yrs old, she participated in ‘Blisters for Bread’, a challenging 10km fundraising walk along the beachfront in Cape Town, South Africa. This lit a fire, which still burns deeply within her & which has been a driving force towards empowering others to reach their full potential. Her approach focuses on building foundations for individual, organisational & environmental wellbeing through human connection & authentic leadership. Encouraging sustainable change, in order for organisations to live their values through their everyday behaviours & to perform at their best.

Integrating her clinical background with her life experience & Continuing Professional Development (CPD), Andy addresses all aspects of mind & body in order to achieve optimal H&W plus, leading a life with meaningful connections. She enjoys working with people looking to create lifelong mindset changes around stress reduction, increased fitness, weight management & decreased pain. She also partners with teams to incorporate insights from neuroscience, to develop greater trust, deeper relationships & improved work outcomes.

Andy lives in Melbourne, VIC – is married & blessed with two beautiful children - a 21yr old son & a 23yr old daughter. She enjoys role-modelling a healthy lifestyle - learning with interesting people, being outdoors, spending time with family/friends, keeping fit with ultramarathons, movies (particularly good psychological thrillers), musical theatre, travelling & games.
