Dr. Terry Hildebrandt joined Synergy Global in 2020.

He’s a Researcher/Educator/Author – partnering with us as a senior Effectiveness Consultant, Change Facilitator & Executive Coach (& (Prof Coaching Supervisor), & met Heather-Jane Gray in 2019.

He is the founding CEO of his own OD consulting practice & also the Director of the Evidence Based Coaching Program at the Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbra, CA, USA.
Terry is passionate about educating professional coaches.

He was formerly at Hewlett-Packard Company for over 22 years where he served in several positions including Master Level Internal Consultant, Reengineering Manager, Business Manager, Production Manager, Sr. Quality Consultant, Manufacturing Development Engineer, & Quality Engineer. He’s worked in Germany, Israel, Singapore, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, & the USA.

Terry earned his PhD in Human & Org. Systems from the Fielding Graduate University. He holds an MA in Org. Design & Effectiveness, plus, an MA in Human Development, along with a BSc in Materials Science from Rice University.

He has also completed Fielding’s Certificate in Integral Studies & the Certificate in Evidence Based Coaching. Terry has over 23yrs of coaching & 33yrs of business experience in Org. Development.

He’s worked with multiple industries including high tech, aerospace, financial & professional services, insurance, manufacturing, health, energy, construction, network communications, farming/ranching, government, schools, & nonprofit organisational.

Terry works with mid-level leaders to Execs & Board Directors/VPs. He’s has worked with the leaders of global business units & their teams to design & implement change initiatives resulting in increased revenue, greater market share, improved executive team effectiveness, & alignment of their culture with new business plans.

He is an expert in the principles of evidence-based coaching, which involves using the best existing theoretical/researched knowledge, in combination with his personal skills & knowledge of the client, to develop & deliver an effective coaching engagement.

Terry grew up working on his family’s vegetable farm & cattle ranch.
