Sue joined Synergy Global’s West Team (UK) in 2019. After a successful career in education, she moved into a senior leadership position in Children’s Services Nottinghamshire & became the local lead in the national team set up to take forward change management training programs for School Leaders. Following on from that she was involved in leading & implementing a project bringing together all stakeholders serving children & families, into more integrated working arrangements across Nottinghamshire.

She works with aspirational leaders in business, education & social care looking to grow & strengthen their leadership potential. Sue facilitates leadership development for both large & small groups/teams.

The benefits delivered contribute to the wider picture of improvement, specifically an increase in effective communication, greater accountability, clarity on focus & direction in order to deliver key outcomes & high impact on overall results.

Sue currently tutors & facilitates on two national Educational Masters Level Programs for the most senior leaders in education & an accredited professional certification program in coaching. Like Heather-Jane & many other SG Exec Coaches, she recently chose to study & become Certified in using C-IQ with Judith E Glaser.

She has embodied this work with leaders who work in challenging & complex operational environments, who have competing priorities, problems to solve. Using the principles & approaches of C-IQ, leaders begin to understand in greater depth, how they can approach all conversations feeling more confident that they will achieve positive outcomes moving forwards.

Sue lives in rural Oxfordshire, England, with her husband Ian. Together they have project managed the building of their house working with builders, tradespeople in over 20 different trades, to build the home of their dreams.

She has been involved in many projects & leadership roles in working with young people over the years & most recently has provided pro bono mentoring & coaching for the Prince’s Trust. She loves being involved in a wide range of sporting activities & has an interest in well being of both herself & others.
