Michael Pitfield

Michael joined Synergy Global in 2015 to focus on client relationships & business development, as a Synergy Global Ambassador, based in the UK. He is an experienced business leader & strategist with particular experience in the fields of HR & Executive Development.  

He has considerable expertise in Marketing, Business Development, Public Relations & Corporate Communication including Stakeholder Management. He is also an active Business Development Advisor for the Windsor Leadership Trust at Windsor Castle.

Michael headed the international business function of the prestigious Henley Management College for sixteen years as a Board Director. He was responsible for the performance of 26 different businesses across the world. He also promoted their global brand, including winning significant business with top continental corporates & developing the Henley International Alumni Network globally. 

He has previously been on the Board of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, & also had a successful career with Rank Xerox. Additionally, he was a Director of the Thames Valley Business School,responsible for over 150 staff across 5 divisions – establishing a unified commercial business school concept.

Throughout his career Michael has been a member of various organisations & Boards, serving as an Executive & Non-Executive Director.
