Lesley Morrissey

ICS, CIPD, Human Resources.

Lesley joined the Synergy Global team in 2012 as Team Leader – Marketing & Communications (EU). She has worked internationally in both the corporate & small business worlds across Europe & the Middle East – working in Oman, Jordan, Egypt & Dubai between 1980 & 1997. Lesley qualified with the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (UK) to work with Dubai Duty Free – being promoted through various roles, to leave as Human Resources Manager.

She has also worked as an Internal & External HR Consultant & Change Facilitator/Trainer specialising in marketing & communication skills. Helping clients to improve their communication continues to be her passion. Lesley now focuses on helping organisations to improve the effectiveness of communication internally (increasing staff engagement & understanding/buy-in) & externally (creating a positive brand profile & raising awareness).

Lesley has studied how individuals process information & applies this to her clients’ marketing development. She currently lectures at Writtle College (Essex, UK) on web readability & at INSEEC on the London Campus on Brand Semiology. She is also a published author of Grow Your Own Achievers: A manager’s guide to developing effective people in 2002, a series of 26 management e-books for new managers Hands On Management, a marketing e-book How to market your business better in 30 days & has recently co-authored The Reputation Game (with Peter Roper).
