Louise is a former RAF officer and independent learning and development practitioner, facilitator and workplace mediator with a wealth of experience in developing leaders and teams to be more effective and to manage change and conflict successfully. She has spent over 25 years working in the UK and Germany with a variety of public, private and not-for-profit sector organisations to help improve their effectiveness by developing their people. She also works in schools with children and young adults, providing life skills mentoring, interactive personal development workshops and peer mediation training.

Louise is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is a recognised ILM training provider. She is an accredited Belbin team roles facilitator and is qualified to administer the Strength Deployment Inventory®, both of which she uses to enhance individual and team development. She is the co-author of a paper on The Importance of Innovation in Delivering Culture Change.

Previous projects include:
black A 9-month project for The Ministry of Defence investigating the changes to behaviours and ways of working required to support the implementation of a major culture change programme.
black A 10-month project for a UK Police Force to develop and implement a stakeholder engagement and internal communication strategy to support a major change program resulting from a requirement to return more Police officers to front-line policing.
black A one-year project to reinvigorate a major change program within a Diocese of the Church of England involving 1-2-1 engagement with key stakeholders, awareness sessions with local (Parish-based) teams, briefings to senior leaders and the development of a half-day interactive session for clergy to explore their readiness for change and opportunities for collaborative working.
black A 4-month project for a pharmaceutical company to support their change program by designing and delivering (in German) a series of change leadership workshops for middle managers and by facilitating Board level sessions to define Directors’ roles in moving the organisation successfully through the required changes.
