Synergy Global ICF Credentialled Coaches (or equivalent) are trained to support you to understand your thinking/feeling patterns & behaviours, so that you can save energy/time/$ by increasing confidence & your holistic effectiveness in life. Raising self & team-awareness, encourages clarity around which beliefs may be limiting or enhancing your performance - enabling you to reduce internal resistance & grow your own productivity, with a more engaged team. Changing the way you think/feel gives fresh insights into how ideas can be translated into action. Being able to examine this from a range of perspectives will expand innovation & give clarity on how various members of your team are likely to receive them.

Learning new approaches for creative thinking/feeling will energise your self-leadership ability & inspire others. While you’re leading, our coaches can help develop your team’s ‘self-mastery’ – ensuring better work/life balance/resilience plus, Health & Wellbeing (H&W).

Designing a new ‘way of being’ shifts how you show up in every situation, leading to more presence & connection. Your coach will show you how to use more Emotional & Conversational Intelligence™ to build trust, improve relationships & increase influence. This includes how to role-model leadership & self-care – making sure that you meet your own personal wellbeing goals, whilst caring for others.

This may include eating healthily, losing/gaining weight, taking more regular exercise, mindful behaviour, meditation, stress reduction, better sleep, managing anxiety &/or depression, changing harmful habits like addiction, mental health first aid, spiritual health & development, women’s health, men’s health, wellbeing for retirement, 50+ coaching groups, & even putting your end of life wishes in order (something most people find hard to discuss, but better done while you are fit & well, than left too late).

We have many different health practitioners, authors & speakers in our team - from experienced Registered Nurses (RNs), Physiotherapists, Hypnotherapists, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, to Natural Health Coaches & Holistic Counsellors – including for example Sam Adkins, our Natural Anxiety Specialist (who is also a qualified Natural Medicine Professional/Homeopath). She is a dynamic, heartfelt & knowledgeable presenter, speaking on a variety of health & wellbeing topics – like The Stigma of Anxiety, How to Reduce Stress, Health & Wellbeing (H&W) Programs for the Workplace, & Helping Teens/Uni Students with Exam Stress.
