Sherry Matheson joined us in 2021 as Team Leader – Calgary,
building on a successful career as a Team & Leadership Coach in USA/Canada. She brings >26yrs of experience working with Executives, Managers & teams in various settings across the Private, Public & NfP Sectors – including corporate, legal, oil & gas, engineering, & education.

As an example of her expertise in SG Health & Wellbeing (H&W) Services, she employed her team & management skills as part of the leadership team for a ‘12 Weeks to Wellness’ Program in Greater Vancouver. She is also an experienced Team Coach Facilitator for the City of Calgary, CAN.

Measurable client outcomes:
1) Assessed & developed 10 Executive Leaders using TLC 360 & was able to increase their creative scale by an average of 30% over 6mths.
2) Facilitated a Change leadership Workshop (CLW) for government who said it improved their ability to support other’s through transition.
3) Team Coaching with an Executive Team of 6 – as a result they were more cohesive, engaged, supportive of each other & more resilient.

Sherry is the co-founder of the Master the Art of Team Coaching Mentoring Program, offering mentor coaching for team coaches Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

This includes Leading Change & Navigating Uncertainty – so important in our Volatile, Uncertain, Complex & Ambiguous (VUCA) World.
She now run’s these workshops/webinars for Synergy Global.

Her coaching approach with clients is co-creating a space of connectivity & trust to uncover challenges. Unearthing blind spots & making the invisible visible which creates awareness for her clients. An empathetic approach to communication that fosters ownership, personal power, & accountability for learning plus action. As a result, her clients become more empowered & confident to lead more meaningful lives.
