Chip joined Synergy Global in 2020 having met Heather-Jane on the WBECS Accelerated Coaching Excellence Program. He has >13,000hrs coaching experience @ C-Suite Level having worked with CEOs, MDs, SVPs & VPs, Board Members, Senior Executives & importantly their teams. He is one of Australia's most experienced coaches & a master facilitator.

Chip has the presence, energy & acumen to work with the most senior audiences, guiding the individual, team, group, or holding the room & evoking performance. He has coached internationally, in the USA, UK, France, Germany, China, SING, HK, India, Japan & AUS in the Private Sector (banking/$/professional services, tech, pharma), Public Sector (various) & Not-for-Profit (NfP & NGOs).

In Coach Development, he was a Founding Director of one of the pre-eminent training organisations in the Asia Pacific Region, the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL). In his role, he led the implementation of numerous OD & Cultural Change Programs across the region. He was chosen as one of the team coaches by the philanthropic organisation, Ethical Coach for pro bono coaching to NGO leaders/teams in Ethiopia.

Chip's management experience includes being a Managing Director/CEO for a range of companies, including the role of Regional Director of Operations for a multinational company, covering 27 sites in 14 countries. As a Midshipman at the United States Naval Academy the foundations of Chip's ongoing interest in perceptions of great leadership were laid.
