Keren joined Synergy Global in Oct 2014 as an executive/personal integrative coach, therapist and counsellor with over 30yrs experience in the Private, Public and; Not-for-Profit Sectors. She works across a range of industries including Education, Health and; Social Care, Law, Finance, IT, Publishing, Media and Retail. Keren is an Effectiveness Consultant and Change Facilitator, specialising in helping clients to find positive solutions and reach their full potential.

In 2004, she expanded her portfolio to specialise in the 50+ age group both in the workplace and personally. She offers 50+ Coaching and training, which gives people the opportunity to increase motivation, re-energise, gain confidence to change and develop their career, including: a confidential place to discuss the effect of family issues, such as supporting ‘Boomerang Kids’, home life, coping with stress/anxiety and work/life balance.

Keren also assists with planning for retirement - specifically, time to explore what successful retirement really means – what it looks, sounds and feels like – thus helping people understand how fears may limit success, family dynamics and exploring how retirees will use the extra time available for their goals. She is also an experienced media spokesperson and author on relationships for 50+ on all aspects of professional and personal lives. Her extensive published catalogue includes books and articles on creating age inclusive culture for HR/OD professionals, relationships and age-related issues.
