Diane joined Synergy Global in 2009. Her background is in IT (IBM), Outsourcing (EDS) and Project Management (Microsoft). Through these experiences she identified that she really enjoyed helping smart people work together better. To enable this to happen more often, her career expanded into professional coaching.

She has worked across all levels in organisations, from blue collar workers, graduate hires, junior, middle and senior management to executive leaders and Board members, across the Private (eg KPMG, Suncorp, QBE, Holden), Public (Australian Department of Defence, WorkCover, South Australian Ambulance) and Not-for-Profit (Alzheimer’s Australia and Diamond Valley Learning Centre) sectors.

Her professional style is founded in mindfulness, supporting people to “be more of themselves with skill”. (Goffey and Jones 2009). She guides individuals and teams through the complexities of aligning personal values, beliefs, attitudes and behaviours to achieve outcomes – all the while being authentic and leveraging personality quirks rather than trying to suppress them. She is passionate about measuring results and works with clients to seek out qualitative and quantitative metrics which support sustainable, profitable business transformation.

Diane draws on experience and professional development to support people to easily take action by:
black Raising awareness of unique combination of creativity, compassion and courage for you and your team
black Expanding thinking around cognitive and social-emotional challenges, decreasing stress and increasing productivity
black Achieving win-win, sustainable, comparatively easy and (mostly!) enjoyable behavioural change
black Exploring individual strengths, creating excellent individual and team culture to easily improve results
black Helping you identify relevant metrics for measuring and tracking progress

Diane has experienced the good, the bad and the downright ugly of addressing complexity and change. She has lived and worked in 11 cities (two of them twice), five countries and four continents. Living in Australia by choice, she has used her global experiences to expand her understanding of innovative development. She prioritises 3 things: 1) an open mind; 2) a foundation of personal values and 3) an innate sense of humour.
