Andrew is a highly experienced organisational change consultant who has worked extensively in Australia and internationally. Described by his colleagues as a deep thinker Andrew brings keen powers of observation and insight which go to the heart of complex issues. He has a direct friendly style yet doesn’t shy away from tackling controversial matters. Coupled with this is his knack of being able to draw out the 'undiscussables' whilst fostering an environment where people feel safe to be open. He enjoys presenting stimulating theories and models as a starting point for individual and team reflection and investigation. As well as the facilitation of events, Andrew brings a particular style to the write-up task – creating documents that are action-focused for effective follow-through.

He took on the role of Team Leader, Change Facilitation with Synergy Global in 2012. Recent clients with Synergy Global have included the Victorian State Government Dept of Health, Dept of Justice and Regulation, Commonwealth, Dept of Health and Dept of Defence, the engineering company Evans & Peck (now Advisian) and Epworth Hospital. Andrew’s work has included the application of the Fifth Force - 4-D Systems (How NASA Builds High Performing Teams) instrument – engaging teams and team members in workshop activity with 360° feedback and coaching support.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant in 1990 Andrew had a public sector career with operational and Human Resource Development roles spanning two large Commonwealth agencies at local, regional and central office levels. In 2001, his developing relationship with Telos Partners led to his relocation to the UK for 2 years. He returned to establish Telos Partners Australia at the end of 2003.

Over the years Andrew has worked with leadership and management teams in manufacturing, engineering, IT, law enforcement, financial services, retail services, government (state and federal), health, community services, telecommunications, education and religious organisations.
