Anneli joined Synergy Global in 2013 as an Associate Consultant specialising in Effective Communications. As a professional ‘People Whisperer’, she brings to her clients a recognised expertise in the field of below conscious communication and motivation. Her intuitive ability to decode individual, team and organisational dynamics allows her to unlock the motivational code for improving engagement, productivity and performance in the workplace. Fueled by her passion for the study of interpersonal dynamics and communication mastery, Anneli assists companies to diagnose performance barriers and devise interventions to leverage the full potential of leaders and their teams. She’s regularly invited to present on the topics on communication, influence and interpersonal dynamics.

Anneli has enjoyed over 15 years in management, leadership and consulting roles across several industries and now offers her expertise to Synergy Global clients as part of our behavioural change team. This includes communication training and facilitation, motivational mapping, profiling – all underpinned with Executive Coaching.
